The chocolate is characterized by a taste that has been described as slightly sweet and sour, which is comparable to that of berries but with no berries. The taste comes from the ruby cocoa bean they're made from.

Our mini waffles are individually handcrafted, dipped in Belgium chocolate and topped with hazelnut or freeze-dried raspberries.

Our waffles are freshly baked every morning. They are better consumed the same day.
